Hoffman Polland & Furman PLLC offers extensive experience in finance projects. We represent our clients in obtaining commercial loans and other forms of financing. We also have substantial experience in the representation of major lending institutions with respect to the closing of complex multi-state commercial loan transactions. We have drafted and negotiated sophisticated loan commitments, credit agreements, mortgages and other loan documentation on behalf of lenders, as well as analyzing and negotiating similar documentation on behalf of borrowers. We have been successful in obtaining multi-million dollar financings for both our client's real estate development projects and corporate financing.

Our firm has also completed financial transactions which involve hospitals and other Article 28 licensed entities. These transactions included dealings with the New York State Dormitory Authority and HUD with respect to bond financing issues and approvals.
